This is legal? I can just have this shipped to me?
Yes! Trail Mixers are hemp-derived and federally legal, and we ship through the USPS.
However, laws do differ from state to state, and we currently ship to 44/50 states.
Right now, we cannot ship to:
California, Idaho, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Virginia.
How long will it take to get my order?
We do our best to get orders on their way to you within 1-2 business days. It's just the two of us and we pack and ship every order by hand!
During site-wide sales or holidays, things might take a bit longer––but we promise it’s worth the wait!
Any orders placed after 1pm CDT on Fridays will ship early the following week.

Is this legal?
The THC in Trail Mixers is legally derived from hemp, as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp and marijuana come from the same plant, but hemp contains no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
However, every state has its own rules and regulations and they're frequently changing—please check your local laws to make sure Trail Mixers are allowed where you live.
But it's that delta-9 stuff, right?
It is—and that's exactly what you want!
Delta-9 is delta-9, no matter what form of the cannabis plant it comes from. Trail Mixers contain naturally occurring delta-9 THC, the exact same component found in traditional cannabis. Ours is extracted from federally legal hemp (less than 0.3% THC by dry weight), not made in a lab or synthesized from unknown chemicals.
This isn’t some knockoff, sketchy synthetic cannabinoid. It’s real, federally-legal THC.

We use naturally occurring Delta-9 THC extracted directly from hemp—never converted or lab-made.
Can it get me high? Will I fail a drug test?
Yes and yes. The Delta-9 THC in Trail Mixers is the same compound found in marijuana—and it can cause a positive drug test.
Each packet is low-dose with a 1:1 ratio of THC to CBD for a balanced experience. Use responsibly, and avoid use if you’re pregnant or trying to become pregnant.
How can I best enjoy them?
THC and CBD affect everyone differently, but Trail Mixers are designed for fast onset—and we have the science to prove it! Effects can start in as little as 15 minutes, with full effects by 30.
Each packet is low-dose, so you can start slow and build your experience. If you’re new to THC, wait to feel the full effects before mixing up another.
