Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of Trail Mixers, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges on opened products. That said, we fully stand behind our product, so if you’re not completely satisfied, please reach out to info@yonderbound.co and we'll get you squared away.

A refund may be requested in the following cases:

  1. Cancellations – If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you’re welcome to cancel for a full refund. Once a tracking number has been issued, we’re unable to cancel or refund the order. However, if your order arrives and remains unopened, you’re welcome to send it back for a refund within 30 days—just shoot us an email first so we can help with next steps.
  2. Damaged or defective items – If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you expected, please let us know right away. Email us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take it from there. We handle these on a case-by-case basis, but we’ll always do our best to come to a satisfactory solution.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
