Is this legal?
The THC in Trail Mixers is legally derived from hemp, as defined by the 2018 Farm Bill. Hemp and marijuana come from the same plant, but hemp contains no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight.
However, every state has its own rules and regulations and they're frequently changing—please check your local laws to make sure Trail Mixers are allowed where you live.
